How to request data deletion
At Athlete Monitorval, we respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, you can do so easily either from within the application or via our web portal.
Available Deletion Methods:
- In-App / Authenticated: Go to Profile -> Delete Account -> Type "DELETE" to confirm and delete instantly.
- Instant Web Delete (No Login): Visit our deletion portal, select "Instant Delete (PIN)", enter your phone number and PIN, and confirm.
- Manual Web Request (No Login): If you forgot your credentials, visit our deletion portal, select "Manual Deletion Request", enter your phone/email, and submit. We will verify and purge your data within 7 business days.

Injury tracking records
Data Recovery: Once you delete your account, there is no way to recover your data. The action is permanent and irreversible.
